No. They manage members and billing. Each conversation is visible to its author only, unless they create a share link.
Can we pay by bank transfer?
Yes, from 10 members on yearly billing: the invoice is emailed with 30-day terms and the team's access opens when the transfer arrives.
What about more than 500 people?
Create a first team of 500 members, then write to support from the app: we add more teams under the same billing.
