NS Corp, publisher of Ablyos AI. For any question or request: contact@ablyos.com.
Data processed
Account: email address, name if you give it, hashed password (never readable), language, country.
Usage: your conversations, attached documents (only the extracted text is kept, not the file), created images, quota counters.
Payment: handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Security: a hash of your IP address in the sign-in log, never the address itself.
Why
To provide the service (answer, keep your history), bill, prevent abuse and secure accounts. Legal basis: the contract, and our legitimate interest in security.
Model providers
To produce an answer, your message (and attached document text) is sent to the provider of the model used (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral AI, xAI) through OpenRouter. These companies may be outside the European Union; transfers rely on their contractual safeguards.
We don't use your conversations to train a model and we don't sell any data.
Other recipients
Stripe (payment), Resend (service emails), the host, and ablyos.com (same publisher): an account created here also exists on ablyos.com so one account opens both services, and to calculate referral commissions.
Retention
For as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, conversations, documents and images are erased immediately. Invoices are kept for ten years (legal requirement).
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, portability, objection: export and deletion take one click in settings; for anything else, email us. You can complain to the CNIL (French data protection authority).
Cookies
A session cookie (sign-in), a referral cookie if you arrive through a referrer's link (90 days), a language and country cookie. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics.
