The service
Ablyos AI gives access to artificial intelligence models from several publishers in a web app. Answers are produced automatically and may contain errors. Check any important information; for medical, legal or financial questions, consult a professional.
Account
Accounts are personal and for people aged 15 and over. Keep your password secret; you are responsible for use of your account.
Prohibited use
Illegal, hateful or harassing content or content that infringes others' rights; attempts to bypass quotas, automate access or resell the service; attempts to breach security. Model publishers' usage policies also apply. A breach may lead to account suspension.
Plans and quotas
Current plans, prices and quotas are those on the Pricing page. Quotas are daily and reset at midnight, Paris time. A daily usage cap protects the service against abuse; it never leads to extra charges.
Prices and payment
Prices include VAT in euros, Swiss francs, pounds and dirhams; in US and Canadian dollars, applicable tax is added at checkout. Payment is monthly or yearly, by card, through Stripe, and renews automatically.
Trial
There is no free plan. Every account starts with a 7-day trial (14 days if you come through a referrer's link) with Plus plan quotas, with no card and no commitment.
Choosing a plan during the trial keeps the remaining days: the first charge happens when the trial ends. When the trial ends without a plan, nothing is charged; the account becomes read-only (history viewable and exportable). Data in an account left without a plan is kept as long as the account exists; you can delete it at any time from settings.
Cancellation and withdrawal
No commitment: cancel at any time from the Subscription page; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. By subscribing you request immediate access to the service; EU consumers may exercise the 14-day withdrawal right by written request, pro rata to use already made.
Content
You keep ownership of what you write and attach. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
NS Corp undertakes to provide the service with care, without guaranteeing that third-party models are free of interruption or error. Its liability is limited to amounts paid over the last twelve months, except in case of gross negligence.
Governing law
French law. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge before any legal action; failing agreement, the courts designated by law have jurisdiction.
