The Ablyos.ai campus licence gives every student and teacher Plus plan quotas (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, Grok) for $55.00 excluding tax per seat per year, from 20 seats, so $1,100.00 excluding tax a year at minimum. Invoice in the institution's name, paid by card or bank transfer.

What the licence includes

- For every seat: 200 fast and 25 advanced messages a day, 5 images, documents up to 10 MB, ready-made assistants (homework help, summaries, translation).
- The institution manages seats: email invitations, removal at any time. It never sees conversations.
- Conversations are not used to train a model and are never sold; every account can export or delete everything.
- Auto mode picks the model that does the job well, and explains its choice: a good way to learn how to use AI.
- 30-day invoice paid by transfer: access opens when payment arrives.

How it works
- Open the licence with the number of seats you need (20 or more), or get a quote and purchase order.
- Invite students and teachers by email.
- Everyone uses their own account. The institution adds or removes seats, without ever seeing conversations.
Frequently asked questions
Can a student subscribe on their own?
Yes. With their school or university email address, they pay half price, for life: Plus at 4.95 € a month instead of 9.90 €.
Can we pay with a purchase order?
Yes. The Procurement page produces the quote and a pre-filled purchase order in a minute, with your internal reference. The invoice carries the institution's name, address and tax ID, and is paid by transfer within 30 days.
What happens at the end of the year?
The licence renews for one year, with the number of seats you choose. It can be stopped before renewal from the billing portal.
