Make a spreadsheet talk in two minutes
Attach your Excel file (.xlsx) as it is, or a Google Sheets CSV export, to a message in Ablyos AI and ask what you want to know: monthly totals, best and worst rows, trends, outliers. Every sheet is read, formula values and dates included; the model answers with the figures, cites the sheet and says how it got them.
How to do it
- Open a conversation, or the “Spreadsheet analysis” assistant.
- Attach the .xlsx file with the paperclip (or drag it in) and describe each column if the headers are short.
- Ask for the analysis, then a summary table or a paragraph to paste into your report.

For a small table, Auto uses Gemini 3.8 Flash. For a large file or multi-step calculations, GPT-6.1 Sol, which reasons better over numbers.
